Filter on Doctype field

Hello ,
1-i have doctype named Order ,Order contain field named Status .
2-Status is Doctype with many fields
i need to show in Order only the Status with Value ==“Active”
how can i do it ?
using hocks ?
using in Filter?

in Desk Side ,in the same place where i add new Order (Doctype)
