Filters are missing from shared dashboards in v3

In the previous version, we could add filters directly within the dashboard, and these filters would remain intact when the dashboard was shared. However, in the new v3 version, filters can now be chained similarly to the Frappe list view, applying them to the entire dashboard. While this is a useful enhancement, sharing dashboards through a public link now removes the filters, leading to a loss of the interactivity that was previously available. This change has significantly impacted our processes, and I had to downgrade to the previous version as a result. I kindly request you to address this issue.

Another valuable feature in the previous version was the ability to export the entire dashboard to a PNG. This made it incredibly convenient to share insights via email or messages, providing a quick and comprehensive snapshot of the data. Not everyone in a corporate environment prefers navigating various internal tools, so having the data readily available in their emails, either via an image or a public link, can be preferable in some scenarios.

Additionally, I appreciate the new feature of sharing workbooks organizationally. It would be great to extend this functionality to dashboards as well. Navigating workbooks can require some understanding of the tool, which may not always be ideal for management or non-technical users.
