Filters not working properly

Hi,
I am using ERPNext 7.2.21 and am facing problem with the filters.If I type anything in capital then dropdown list does not show any values. Only with lower case alphabets it shows the results.
Secondly for Sales orders and Purchase orders, ERPNext used to give ids even if we used to type Customer or Supplier name. It is no longer working.
Can you kindly check the same.
