Financial Year vs Calendar Year in HR Module

Our Financial Year is from 1st April to 31st March. For HR, Calendar starts on 1st January. In New Holiday List can I enter holidays from January to December?

This is not possible right now, but it is in our to-do list. We have decided to remove fiscal year from Hr related transaction, instead there will be from and to date.
