Once you have defined the field type, you cannot change it. If the type is altered, it will break a significant amount of data. That’s why validation is there.

okey if there is data but if not it should be work i will check remove the data then verified

i removed all the data then try to change but still not work

and there is no employee and developer mode in on and the user is administrator
