Fix the position of Save Button

I want to fix the position of the save button and submit button so the do not disappear when i scroll down

I’m not sure this is necessary when you consider keyboard shortcuts

or +s

I think freezing the save button will have other negative effects, but it has crossed my mind several times (but I’ve settled on keyboard shortcuts).
