[fixed] Adminstrator can't access Payment Requests?

Hello,
On http://localhost:8000/app/payment-request/view/list, Admin can’t access “Payment Request”?
Can I safely delete db records in tabPayment Request to be able to remove a payment gateway?

Restarted bench, now it works.
