Hello there manufacturing Gurus and Happy new year to all!

I have a scenario where a workstation or a machine can handle different kinds of operation via machine set-up or reconfiguration. Different machine set-up requires different amounts of operation cost such as electricity and fuel. So the closest I can think of is to create separate workstation entries using the same machine to cature the variance in operating cost

Appreciate any advice if there is other more concrete that the above set-up strategy.

You can create workstation for each combination possible and can add the cost details on machine accordingly.

While production entry use the combination, which is you are using in real life.
