No matter what I try I cannot for the life of me to get the pdf creation to properly display a page numbering as a footer on the very last line of a page. I want to print the page number and on the last page I want to display the signature box right on top of it. So far I understand what wkhtmltopdf doesn’t use the html header settings correctly and would require its on footer to properly display what i need it to. I’ve been at it for close to 6 hours to simply print a silly page number in the right spot and I have gotten nowhere.
I tried :
Using HTML and CSS formatting to get to display the page number at the right place and it never lines up where I need it to.
letter head doctype : No matter what I do , the letter head never appears on my pdf
Modifying pdf.py and hooks.py and I got close , actualy place text in the footer , but couldn’t get it to display dynamic page numbers. Also , every time I create a pdf , my footer.html gets deleted from the /public/files/footer.html location.
I am at a total loss , and 6h+ to display a page number in a pdf is kinda excessive … I need help and a simple solution!
