For Job Offer three times mail send to Recipient

i have create notification on job offer for save button but when user change the status and save it then email sent and when we submit form then again email sent
but i want when job offer create and save it first time then only mail sent
how we can do it.

hi @NCP its work but we have to create 4 to 5 times job offer then email sent and again & again refresh it then mail sent

I i think you have to manually create a server script for mail and set the logic your scenario.
