Form with multi steps?

Hi all,

Like to check.

Is there any ways to make a wizard or multi steps form?

e.g.

1 ---- 2 ---- 3 ---- 4

first in 1, is a form with first name, last name, address, click Next or ‘2’
in 2, is a form with a number of fields, etc…

Something like this?

you can make a new doctype with your required fields and finish it with workflow and JQ…
