four columns are not the same
some are big some are small

open your child table doctype set column width for fields as per your requirement.

I can’t find this field in my doctype
could you please give me more detail ?

open any field row of your child table Doctype and check columns field under Display section.

but all columns of them are be set the same
it still maintain the previous problem ,why?
