Frappe 16 Bug in number card

I have

frappe: 16.1.1

erpnext: 16.0.1

I notice that There is a bug in the number card filter

and the number card (Failed Login Attempts) show 2 but there is no failed login attempts with status failed even from database ???

also I have create custom card Failed Login Attempts custom with filter like this
