Frappe Chat not working

I have Installed Frappe ERPnext 14.8.0 version using .ova file in virtual box VM and I have chat installed app successfully but chat window not showing in my portal. please help me resolve and give solutions for me.

frappe chat is archived and not actively in development. you can look at other alternatives

I recommend Raven. Though I’m not sure if it’s compatible with your version of ERPNext. Consider using the latest version.

Thanks for sharing the Chat app, I have installed Frappe ERPnext 15 version using .ova file from your site in my oracle virtualbox. after installing site not opening. the default port changed 8000. how to fix the issue please help!
