How do you download the ERPNext backup files from Frappecloud? I am only getting a new page with the word “Forbidden You have to be logged in”.
If you don’t see the offsite label, it means the backup is still inside the bench. To download this, login to the corresponding site as Administrator and try again.
The offsite label means it has been copied to AWS S3. You don’t need to login to the site to download this.
