Frappe Cloud has charged even with no site or bench

Hi team,

I have created an account on Frappe Cloud but didn’t use it for a few months. When I came back, it said there are $13 unpaid even I didn’t create any sites or benches. How can it happen?

My account was digital.learning@wellspringsaigon.edu.vn
