Frappe CRM double call entry

I see double entry when I make the call from Frappe CRM through exotel. Why is this happening? Doesn’t crm api prevent duplicate entries based on call id?

In my instance it usually corrects when I do reload from upper right section. ie user image.

Thank you. I tried that, it doesn’t help. Also I see double entry in the database. It looks like Frappe CRM doesn’t handle duplicate Sids coming in.
