Below is my erpnext setup along with specific versions.
erpnext 14.56.0
frappe 14.60.0
hrms 16.0.0-dev
I tried v15 upgrade earlier because of network issue it didn’t happen. later I had to restore previous setup. Since then scheduler is not running. I tried different commands, but nothing works.
Now I want to freshly install new instance with latest v16 releases.
I have done tone of customizations in previous setup, doctype customizations, client/server scripts, web forms and work flows. Also uploaded employee documents to Files.

Approx. DB size? less than 100GB
Approx. Files size? less than 100GB
Encrypted fields (Y/N)? No
External integrations (Y/N)? No
Willing to do v14→v15→v16 path? Do not know
Have test environment? We will test v16 environment then only release to production, until then we use previous setup in production.
Migration through bench commands
Remember hrms is the main module
How can I import all of the existing data and customizations to new instance?
Are db/files and config backups sufficient?
What are some precautions I should take?
