Extremely disappointed with this Nextash. After the initial sale, their support has been nonexistent. We’ve encountered multiple bugs in the system that were reported repeatedly, but they failed to deliver any fixes—despite multiple promises and follow-ups. Their after-sales service is unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly not a priority for them. If you’re looking for a partner that stands behind their product, I highly advise looking elsewhere.
