Frappe falling behind updates compared to ERPNext

Hey guys,
So I am updating version12 with bench update

In every update attempt I receive the notification there are local changes made in frappe which must be committed etc. I always use bench update --reset because personally I don’t know how to commit… the only change I do is to set event participants as mandatory field in the event doctype… no bother there

However, when I check now the About section in ERPNext, it shows like this:

ERPNext: v12.1.4 (version-12)

Frappe Framework: v12.0.10 (version-12)

Is this normal ? perhaps frappe framework hasn’t been updated until now ?

I think it is normal. I have these versions currently:

$ bench version
erpnext 12.1.4
frappe 12.0.14

Very much normal. Either can get updates as needed. Only thing is make sure both are on same main version like V12.X
