We are using Frappe framework to power out tech tools for our Non-profit work. We haven’t faced any issues for the last 7 months but in the last two weeks suddenly the system is going down.
When our developer did an investigation it showed the worker timed out error. If we kill all the running pid and restart it works for sometime and goes back to the same state.
When we restart our Postgres database it work fine for a day or two and all of a sudden it again goes down and we face the same issue.
This is happening in production and our products are failing to match user needs.
Have attached the screenshot of the error we are getting.
Looking forward to get some suggestions to fix this issue permanently.
