I want to explore a good CRM system for a Veterinarian’s office. One that will remind pet owners when their pets are due for deworming, vaccinations, etc. etc.

Do you know if Health, CRM and ERPNext should address most of a Vet facilities’ pressing needs?

Can the Healthcare module be easily adapted to this requirement? Or do you think it can be implemented fairly out of the box?

Yes, you can definitely use the healthcare module. Most features should be available out of box, but you can always engage a Frappe partner to speed things up and ensuring the use of best practices.

One thing that would interest you setting it up for a vet practice is that Marley Healthcare allows linking multiple Patients to one Customer meaning multiple pets can be linked to one Customer. Please check the docs

@JayRam Vetcare is being used in more than 10 retail veterinaries for more than 4 years now. The V15 versions has just been completed.
