Frappe Helpdesk unable to load the ticket

Hi,

I managed to get my site to redirect to HTTPs and integrated with M365 with OAuth service.

However, when I go to my Frappe Helpdesk > Ticket, and open up the one of the ticket, the content was not loaded and got an error message “Operational Error: Internal Server Error”.

Where can I get the logs and troubleshoot this issue?
