Frappe mail - Shared Inbox

Can we collaborate with our teams where mail can be auto assigned or manually assigned so that they can work on it chat regarding the particular mail imbox with assigned colleges

and then user can send mail or admin can send mail after the drafting is done and

Also the admin can see what’s getting drafted in live

I am talking on the app which missiveapp does it better

So is it available on frappe mail.

@sumola Frappe Mail is a regular email client, similar to Gmail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc. It supports shared mailboxes, so you can connect Helpdesk to Frappe Mail using a group/shared mailbox and manage those emails and tickets through Helpdesk.
