I updated the frappe by mistake when I was trying to update my custom app on frappe cloud, now whenever I try to open particular document system throws the error
how can I solve this or is there any way to revert the changes

ActivityHistory is not part of the frappe/erpnext doctype. I think it was created as a custom doctype. If that’s the case, you will need to include it in your custom doctypes.
