Hope you guys are doing great.
We have the following setup:
- Have serialized items in the local warehouse for selling in retail
- We also sell through Amzaon FBA, where we send the products to their warehouse.
- We plan to setup Amazon FBA as a cost center with a separate warehouse.
- While we send the products to Amazon warehouse we are able to track which items are sent by making the serialized items stock entry.
- Every month we plan to upload the sale invoice details of the products sold through Amazon FBA.
However the issue is Amazon does not track the serial numbers of the items sold. Instead just shares the product names, customer names etc.
My question arises that when we try to upload the Amazon sales data into ERPNEXT we will not be able to upload the invoices without the item serial numbers.
Is there a way out to solve this situation? Thanks in advance.
