If you have installed ERPNext on your own server/machine and have updated ERPNext on or after 17th August, 2013, you should update it again. Make sure you also take a backup before you update.
An error got introduced into the code that cleared the item table in a Stock Entry associated to a Production Order. We were able to identify the bug, fix it and also have a patch to undo its effect. So, don't worry.
The patch, depending on the case, cancels/un-cancels affected Stock Entries. Once modified, you will have to manually check and if required, cancel/amend the affected Stock Entries. The patch also sends an email to System Managers, mentioning the affected Stock Entries.
