What version of Frappe are you using?

Frappe Framework: v14.36.1 (version-14)
Gameplan does not work on v14 because it uses latest features from the develop branch. If those features get backported to v14, then it might work. For now, if you want to use Gameplan install it on Nightly version (develop branch) of Frappe Framework.

Use the develop branch of Frappe Framework.
