Its been more than 6 months since Frappe gantt was updated to version 1 with some great features like showing weekends/holidays. However v1 still hasn’t been incorporated into the core of Frappe.
We use gantt charts extensively within erpnext but they are currently pretty clunky. Wondering how we might get the version 1 gantt pulled into v15 frappe? This would make a big benefit for everyone.
@Ben_Hly after cleaning up Gantt a bit, I’ve done the Framework integration (PR) - it works but needs a review from the team and more polish before we publish. Feel free to check out and give feedback!
Thanks. I am not sure how to properly try your updates (until its on frappecloud). One thing that i think would be brilliant to add to the core and probably not too hard is different shading colour for holidays - ideally pulled from holiday list in HR module. this is an example of what i mean
