Get the object of current active doctype

Hello,

How to get the object of my current doctype?

For example, currently, i am in quotation doctype.
So, I want to create one object of the quotation doctype.

I have tried get_doc(). But the lack of knowledge of some erpnext fundamentals, I cant able to create the object.

So I want to help from your side.
