In a Purchase Order, While Printing, what is the way to get the UOM after total qty
Image below shows qty getting printed without UOM

It is tricky brother. As the uom may change in line items, it will not come automatically. But if all uom is same you can make it custom print format by validating.

All my UOM are same for a single order
Different Uoms are grouped in to different Orders
Any pointer on how it needs to be done

Assuming, you are using custom report (if not edit print format and add {{doc.items[0].uom }} next to the total qty. But please understand, this will take the UOM of first item and print it near the total.
