I’ve developed a custom Frappe app called Frappe HR Events, which automatically sends Birthday and Work Anniversary greetings for employees directly to Slack.
The app runs on scheduled jobs, checks employee records daily, and posts personalized messages to a Slack channel or direct message. This helps HR teams improve engagement without any manual effort.
