Give List View Settings to other Roles

Greetings Everyone!

I have had difficulty adding permissions to other Roles to use the List Settings. In this case, I am wanting to give the Report Manager the ability to add or remove columns to any list view. Here is what I have tried so far:

-I added List View Settings for the Report Manager in the Roles Permissions Manager
-I inserted the Report Manager Role into the Doctype “List View Settings” by adding Report Manager into the script files
-I have cleared cache, migrated the site, and restarted the server for erpnext to see the changes, but it has not implemented them

any help would be appreciated and I will try to followup with any information I can, that could assist in solving this problem, thank you all!
