GoDaddy Email Account Receiving Mail Error

I have an outlook account created using a GoDaddy domain. When I configure this outlook account in Frappe using either the app password or the account password, I am able to send emails successfully. However, I am unable to receive any emails, and I encounter an IMAP4 error.

I have tried both the Email Domain setup process and the Connected App process, but neither of them has resolved the issue.
