Hello, I would like to know if someone has made and installation of ERPNEXT on these VPS servers on GOdaddy?
@stickvalv You can install ERPNext on CentOS 6, CentOS 7
However I will suggest you to install ERPNest on Ubuntu 14.04
To install ERPNext run following command from non root user
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/frappe/bench/master/install_scripts/setup_frappe.sh
sudo bash setup_frappe.sh --setup-production
Godaddy lacks of dedication on their servers, wouldn’t recommend them for heavy use or delicate data…
You can use digital ocean or Microsoft azure to ensure best income (me and all my customers do)
I agree with @ramielian. GoDaddy is pretty poor. DO is a well documented VPS. I run a CentOS 7 ERPNext install on a 2GB plan and it runs fast as.
