In a fresh installation of ERPNext 13 I have setup up GST as per instruction in this blog.
But when I create Sales Invoice or Purchase Invoice the GST is getting added multiple times under Taxes and Charges.
It seems I have made some mistake in setup but cannot pinpoint it.

Please check the following flag in Accounts Settings
Automatically Add Taxes and Charges from Item Tax Template
Taxes get added multiple times usually if this flag is checked

And another thing is that Tax Rate is coming 0. Why?

I went to Accounts Settings-> Automatically Add Taxes and Charges from Item Tax Template and Checked it and then save the setting. Then I Un-Checked it then saved the settings.
Now all of a sudden the GST Tax are not coming automatically.
What must be the problem now?
Could be browser caching issue
I tried with multiple browsers and I have checked after clearing the cache of browsers. But still the same issue persist.
If I check the checkbox Accounts Settings-> Automatically Add Taxes and Charges from Item Tax Template then it will fetch all items of GST.
When above mentioned setting is unchecked I have to select Purchase Taxes and Charges Template in case of Purchase Order and Sales Taxes and Charges Template in case of Sales Order to get Purchase/Sales Taxes and Charges.
But still the Rate column is always 0.
