I remember that we had to enable unsafe apps in order to use Gsuite emails in ERPNext. Now I heard that Gsuite is deprecating unsafe apps. Is it still a problem? Is there a workaround?

Hi there,
GSuite email access works fine with app-specific passwords. I’m not sure why ERPNext says you need to allow unsafe apps.
This was news to me, and I guess this works great.
