Handling Item for Services

Dear Community,

Currently our company is working with Manpower Requirement,Generally we bill for both Clients & Candidates,for clients we are using regular sales invoice but for Candidates,in our tally we created both as individual client(One as Customer-Client and another as Candidate-client).Now are we completely migrating to ERPNext,is there any suggestion will be very helpful.
if any of you implemented ERPNext for Service based Industry kindly let me know

You can do the same in ERPNext if you wish to, create them as Customer and use Customer Group to distinguish the Candidate / Client.
