I’m just getting started with ERPNext. Thanks to everyone involved with developing a great product.
The system is running ERPNext: v7.2.8 on Frappe Framework: v7.2.8.
So far I’ve imported suppliers and stock items.
When adding BOMs, I can add items and fill in all the fields OK, but when I save, sometimes it just hangs there with the page greyed out. See attached screen shot.
When I navigate away from the page, parts of the interface remain greyed out. The only way get back to normal is to refresh the page.

ERPNext is more compatible with chrome or firefox rather than the IE.Because, I tried to replicate it in my test account and it worked fine for me.
I’ve tried in both Chrome and Firefox. Same result.
It doesn’t happen all of the time, and after some experimenting, it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the individual items being added to the BOM (I suspected it was).
I’ve added items X, Y and Z to a BOM and it didnt save. On creating a new BOM with the same items, it saved OK.
There’s no obvious pattern that I can see.
Are there any log files I could look at to get a hint?
I have the same problem and checked the Error Log and Snapshot but no errors …
The system actually saves the changes… need to dig more to see what is holding.

I got the same issue as mentioned by the OP. I believe the saving actually happens but the transparent curtain with “Saving” word stays nor I here the confirmation tone.
