what is the best Hardware requirement on prem for ERPNext in the production environment with how many users?
I m looking for around 300 user
Please help me to select the best configuration.

Hi,

First you need to know how many concurrent users will be using ERPNext at any point in time. For example, you have a 300 Users and on and average 50 concurrent users.

The first thing I would suggest is to keep two servers, one for Mariadb and one for application.

Specification for 300 Users (60-80 Concurrent Users):

Mariadb:
Processor: 10-12 Core vCPU
RAM: 64GB
Storage: SSD size as per your database need

Application:
Processor: 10-12 Core vCPU
RAM: 16-32 GB
Storage: SSD size as per your documents storage need

in this scenario, if we take two machine, so for caching and queue we have to use application machine or for that we need separate machine

and it will be great if you can provide information about pricing model of erpnext we have to select in this case.

Hi,

You can select the two machines, one for DB and another for everything else.

If you need official support from Frappe, you have two options. You can ask for a quote for Enterprise support plan for on-premises installation or you may choose the hybrid model on the frappe cloud. As of last info, Hybrid server plans start at $100 per Month per server.
