How could I choose hardware requirements for 8 users to build ErpNext on AWS?

Around 3000 Items
2 Companies (Small Group Company)
15+ Sales Invoices Daily
3 Concurrent Users
2 Branches
3 warehouses

What would you recommend:

CPU
RAM
Storage
Platform

You can start with below config
CPU 2 Cores
RAM 4GB
Storage 40GB
Platform Ubuntu 18.04 (I did experience issues in Ubuntu 20 using easy install)

Later you can up scale your server if needed.
