Has anyone successfully implemented repeating header & footer using custom/jinja Print Formats?

I have been using custom print formats for most DocTypes because its easier to reproduce what clients may need with HTML.

One of the major challenges I have been experiencing is being able to repeat header & footer content on each page on PDF print/render.

Has anyone here made it work? Even with hackish approaches, I really need to make it work

estoy trabajando con erpnext version 14 y segui el video pero no me funciona lo de hacer repetir el encabezado ni el pie de pagina.
