Have multiple same module on desktop icon list

Hello Everyone,

I have a question about desktop icon list, I want to hide HR module in the desktop and explore but here are same HR module name in the desktop icon list, do I need to hide all modules? And whats the numbers mean after type like “c648aa8fcf” ?

Each entry is for different ERPNext user. You only need hide icons created by you.

On opening the HR form, you can see the user who created the entry in the sidebar
