HD Ticket - INcoming Email attachment is missing in ticket


I have enabled HD Helpdesk in ERPNext. Have configured incoming email with Microsoft Office. The mails send to a specific address is creating a ticket without any issues. All good.

But any attachement sent along with the email is missing. Its stored in Database and I can see that. It is linked with communication module as well. However while viewing the ticket its not shown.

Can someone help please?
