Healthcare billing

I need help configuring healthcare billing for our implementation. I’m not sure we are doing this correctly.

Use case

• We charge a co-pay/fee when the patient registers( new and existing)
• We can also charge the patient for misc treatments they receive as part of the visit e.g
  - Any Medicenes provided to the patient as part of the treatment
  - Any Tests
  - Any materials sold to the patient

When I try to invoice, i select Get items from Healthcare services or pharmacy but cant seem to pull any details… i dont beleive we have properly configured this. Asking for some help configuring this or a guide on how to do this. I can pay for a quick consult if you have expertise in healthcare domain billing -
