Hi @nikita_sharma,

You can’t change how the Total field works because it’s linked to various calculations like taxes, shipping costs, and the overall total.

But if you to change then will override the lots of methods regarding the total in your custom app. so you can find it and override it.

but we share the suggestion, If you need to keep a record of changes, you can use a custom field.

Other better workaround is add a service item without maintain stock option and add it in the items. This can done without any modification in code… :grinning:
