Help: i need to exchange information with my employees within erpnext

Hello everyone, I have a question for you. I NEED TO COMMUNICATE INFORMATION WITH MY EMPLOYEES WITHIN ERPNEXT. Is it possible to communicate with them without email or text message? I ONLY NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE EMPLOYEES IN THE ERPNEXT INTRANET. Is there any plugin that can implement my idea? Thank you!

There are two ways to achieve this;

  1. create user group and write to that group based on a doctype using comments section as this will throw email to them as following;

  1. Install Raven App and create channel for employee same as WhatsApp group as following;
