[Help] impossible to delete users

I need help, I can’t delete two users because it tells me that they are assigned to Energy Point and I can’t get them out. Does anyone know why?

you should clean this out and any other docs that your user assign too , then delete them
or simplly make them disable or inactive

Check if the System Manager has access to Delete the Energy Point Log? Go to Role Permissions Manager. If not, give Delete rights to the System Manager.

You can then proceed bulk deleting Energy Points log for the user you wish to delete.
