I have a question about the workflow with item. For example. I have a fizer vaccine item that a supplier gives me. But I have multiple instances of that vaccine with different serial numbers and lots. Would I have to create a new item every time I get an entry for a new batch of vaccines? Or how could I work with it?
No. You need to define one item → Pfizer Vaccine.
Then enable batch for different batch/lots.
Different batches will be created in the system when you receive them.
