Help us create a system users

Hi,

Admittedly I am new to erpNext. However I have read up documentation on creating new users. Trouble we are unable to create additional system users.

We had set up BASCOEquipment.erpnext.com about 5 months ago. At the time we had paid for 5 additional system users. We had used only one system users so far and now we need to create additional ones. But erpnext is not allowing unless we upgrade.

Kindly advise.

If you’re a paying erpnext.com user it would be best to raise the issue with them first (support@erpnext.com).

Also check the session settings of the user.
